I would never use again. They were recommended highly to find a sudden leak on kitchen floor. Plumber totally misdiagnosed it as a leaky pipe in the slab. He said the dishwasher was fine. When I got American Leak Detector out they found it was the dishwasher right away. In the meantime, we suffered an additional 3-4 days of flooding and damage between when the plumber came and ADL came. . And on top of everything, when he was trying to find the "slab" leak, he broke through the cement block, which now has to be fixed.

To begin with, the plumbing work carried out by the company was far from satisfactory. The quality of the workmanship was questionable at best. I have attached a picture to illustrate the shoddy nature of the plumbing they performed. It's disheartening to note that the work was completed without obtaining the necessary permits and without any detailed plans in place. This lack of oversight and attention to detail is simply unacceptable. When asked about it, the manager told me they assumed we had a permit but instead of reviewing plans, my GC was supervising the plumber and told him how the job was to be done. Turns out my GC was not licensed ( another review) and not sure why a certified plumber would take directions from someone not in the trade. I’m still trying to wrap my arms around tge arrogance of the plumbing company. Due to my dissatisfaction, I made the difficult decision to terminate my contract with the contractor and sought a full refund from the Plumbing Company of Treasure Coast. (Since I’d already paid my GC for the plumbing after he gave me a final lien release.) Initially, they offered a partial refund, which I found inadequate considering the extent of the issues and the poor quality of the work. I firmly requested a full refund to address the substantial problems that had arisen. Unfortunately, the response from the company was disheartening. They have chosen not to refund any of my money or even offer to rectify the substandard work. Instead, he reported himself to code enforcement as he says he knows basically everyone there as he is some kind of deputy sheriff. He threw names around like anyone really cares. This lack of accountability and refusal to address the situation is deeply disappointing, especially after investing time and money in their services. As a result of this regrettable outcome, I find myself with limited recourse and the only option left for me is to share my experience through online reviews. I hope that my review serves as a cautionary tale for others who may consider hiring the Plumbing Company of Treasure Coast for their plumbing needs. I believe it's important for potential customers to be aware of the issues I encountered, the poor workmanship, the lack of necessary permits, and the refusal to provide a satisfactory resolution. It is my sincere hope that this review helps to foster accountability and encourages the Plumbing Company of Treasure Coast to reassess their practices and prioritize customer satisfaction. Excellent Service! Unexpectedly needed a drain pipe relocated during a renovation and team was able to come out at look at it and give me a quote within 48 hours. Job was scheduled and completed very quickly allowing us to keep to our timeline! Team was very professional, knowledgeable, and gave me full confidence that their work would be completed expertly. Highly recommend!

We had a stain on our ceiling that we thought was from a skylight leak. Roofer came out and made a repair to our roof. We noticed a week later the stain was growing and there was a strong mold smell. Roofer came out again and we realized this was actually a plumbing leak from plumbing fittings in the attic space. The area was not visible from attic but after opening damaged ceiling the issue was obvious. We called The Plumbing Company of the Treasure Coast and within 2 hours they had the leak fixed. The response time was what most surprised us. This was not our first positive experience. Excellent service all around!

I wanted to personally THANK Aaron and Laurie for an believable experience with The Plumbing Company. I had a Major Water issue in my Condo. Aaron took the initiative to not only solve my water issue but corrected it on the same day. This company has gone above and Beyond to Help the consumer, and lets face it, Water damage is the worst thing that can take place.
